Been thinking about getting a 2012 bumper to see if it could be mounted on a earlier Tacoma. What would be a reasonable price for one?

I found one some what scratched and dents but they want just shipping $160 that's the only reason I wouldn't get it more than what they want for the bumper it self

What about the grill... lights... and hood?

I would be switching the hood bumper and grill. From pictures it seems that the headlights and grill mount on the same locations as the 05-11

Those look like they mount on the same place just can't tell if the bumper does

All I can say is, you better be absolutely sure. If not, you're either in it for 1,500+ to actually complete the front end, or you wasted 160 on a bumper you can't use

You'd need the bumper, grille, headlights, hood, and front fenders to do a total facelift.

I know what i need to do it. I wouldn't be wasting more than 300 to prep paint nad everything else. I would only be buying the parts. I just don't know if 160 just to ship the bumper is reasonable. The shipping is more than the actual bumper

Go to the dealer and look at it up close.
It would look good if you can pull it off & good luck , post pics if you do it

Better deal would be to trade in for a '12. You'll need to replace the whole front including fenders and hood.

I read this briefly as "go to the dealer and pull off the bumper to look"...
