    Looks like you need more info befoe you can fight off the infestation.

    We have a similar problem in Maryland with the Emerald Ash Boarer. It keeps spreading mainly due to people that take firewood from one place to another. As in taking firewood from southern Maryland for firewood in a camp located in the panhandle of Maryland.

    That's who workman's comp is. My on duty insurance agency is Arizona Counties Insurance Pool (ACIP). If they deny the claim, then I have to submit all bills to my medical insurance, which only pays a partial amount. I would be responsible for roughly $4500...money that I don't have and that SHOULD have been paid because I was ON DUTY getting an elderly woman get out of a busy intersection during rush hour. It's one of the worst intersections for collisions in my beat area.
