I was just trying to figure out what the cap was on the stock ESC - looks to be 3S?

If so, I will run the LiPos I got for the SCX10 in it (2S 40C).

I'm hoping this will help balance out my lineup of R/Cs - I really think I'll get into the scale stuff, but in case I don't, I want to be sure I have something to keep me occupied. :D

Stock on all of mine so far.

I will likely upgrade my SCX10 to Pit Bull Rock Beasts at some point. Not sure what I'll do with the Blitz just yet...

I'm thinking of selling my Slash as a roller and buying a Blitz or another E-Firestorm. Just gotta wait for some parts to come in for the Slash... again

I'm running PL Badlands. They are the best for bashing IMO. They will wear out fast on the street, though.

I use to have Bowties, but they sucked for what I do.

Bowties or Calibers for the track. I only bash, so the Bowties werent all that great for me, so I ended up buying Badlands.

My truck with Calibers (rear) and Bowties (front)

    With Badlands

There's also different compounds depending on track conditions.

first RC (good one, non Walmart POS RC) was a CEN nitro, liked it and hated it, broke to easily. Then i sold it and got a 1/16 e-revo vxl, fun car

and then got a losi micro desert truck, which is a lot of fun in the dorms, especially once i put a brushless upgrade into it lol

now i want to go back to nitro......

thinking about picking up either a nitro rustler, 3.3 t-maxx or a 1/8 losi buggy, leanign towards the losi right now so that I can use the 2.4 GHz transmitter that comes with it to upgrade the micro, any input on this?

or recomendations on another nitro? (if it is a monster truck, i want 4 wheel drive)

PS: my hobby town carries mainly traxxas with a few other like losi and HPI, but dont have a huge selection for parts for them

    the others it is then

the more i think about it, the more i want a traxxas, since my local hobby shop has more traxxas parts than any other brand it seems like, so that way i am more likely to have a replacement part available

I may also have the opportunity to buy a used t-maxx, the guy is a good friends basketball coach, he used to own a hobby shop so hopefully if it is in good condition, i will be able to get it

Just running stock SC10 tires right now. They hook up pretty well in the rear and are really great in the front.

I'm doing a hex conversion all the way around and upgrading to pro-line caliber 2.0's on renegade wheels soon.

So yesterday I went to the track and i ran my kyosho 4x4 buggy and i couldn't get it to work properly.

I have a 2.4 team associated remote and receiver on it. It would go forward but once I hit the brake or reverse the buggy wouldn't go anymore. I would have to turn it on and off again. So the only way to run it was not to hit reverse or brake?

Any suggestions guys??? Any help is greatly appreciated!
