Sort of. When you go slow you are driving at the rate your shocks are valved for, so you will buck or at least dip all the way down into the whoops. When you skip across the top of them you dont drop as far down into the deep sections of the whoop. Also the valve stack should gain dampening as shock speed increases, so low speed has less resistance than high speed

True I think I took the comment too far. Lol don't get wrong guys I'm here to go as fast as I can thru the desert as well I just thought someone was saying your suspension is under less stress that faster you go. Which may change depending on terrain a little i guess. I do understand the skipping and yes at that point it would be less stress. Oh while I'm here where can I find a decent spanner wrench?

They are saying they would have bought a truck that was already done. Honestly I enjoy having a truck that I built. I dont want some other guys truck and I didnt even really want a shop to build my truck for me. Rear LT will be within the next month, including the price of the truck and a brand new welder I have to buy because mine just crapped I will be just over half the cost of a brand new prerunner OTD. For a Toyota I bought with 60k miles I dont think thats too bad

I love my truck the way i built it. Sure, if i had found it just the way it was and i didnt already have one, i would love it, but I feel like a have grown with my truck.

Going fast over whoops makes sense til an extent, and that is when you hit those damn motorcycle whoops that make you shit your pants when you realize you hit them.

If you can swing it built it the way you want it in my opinion! As much of a headache it would have saved me I don't think there are any linked second gen access cabs pouring in on craigs list lol
