I'm curious to see the outcome of that. Good matchup on paper but who knows. (BGR knows!)

 

I hope it airs up here. The way I see it, this will be the real measuring stick for the Rangers.

the schedule on nhl.com shows which networks are airing the game, nyr vs bos is on NHLN-US (HD),MSG,NESN (HD)

Since when? I swear tsn2 just played a versus broadcast recently... or am I losin it?

 

NBC bought Versus and it's now NBC Sports channel

Understood and agree with you but was curious

I have always used the traditional hollow, 3/8" is what I normally do but some guys suggested it and I thought I would give it a go. I did notice that I was picking up more speed quicker after the first few strides but when it comes to sharp turns and relying on your edge it just isn't there. Plus our ice isn't the hardest and I was losing my edge alot quicker which I didn't get with the standard. Overall in this area for me im going back to the standard hallow. I grew up skating with wood sticks in North Dakota and use mine still from time to time but I like the whip/feel I get more from my composite.

Solid Game by both teams but it seemed like the Rangers just couldn't get into a groove. Pens overall played good. Great having Letang back!

Malkin is a monster! He is playing like he did in 09 when we won the cup. I swear every game you think he will have the trick.

P.S. - Rangers suck! but not as much as the Flyers!
