Prohormones are rouggghh on the bodily functions/ kidneys since they have to be broken down (orally) unlike injectables.... NOT that I am advocating for or against steroid use.... I think that its crazy when people believe that prohormones arent steroids lol.

Protein from whole foods are a better quality than in any powdered form butttt most people *dont* eat enough food or say "quality" food to satisfy their protein mark. Hence whey/casein/egg/etc. protein powder! Just stick with eating big and a shake or 2 a day and you will have no problems. I wouldnt really replace or stop your shakes....unless you eat multiple lbs of meat and other proteins

The hardest part for me back in high school was not realizing the lack of protein/shakes was the reason I never grew lol

it was a mixture of hereditary growth and the prohormones/marijuana use. but id say 4 cycles without a post cycle made em huuuge. just post cycle no matter what. i would also exceed the 8 week maximum cycle and go for 12-14 weeks on like 3 different bottles.

eat bananas with peanut butter on it and a glass of milk after your workout.

pig out once a weak to gain mass

your testicles will never match prohormones bud. all the same stay away from them unless your ready.

:spy: yeah ive been working a lot too so ill pop in now and again

    ewwwww

    Lol on manlet!

Since there's only a back view I would recommend some width exercises and definitely more development all around on the arms.

    Oh, and eat
