    I just made an awesome mexican dish no pictures though :eek:. place a bunch of queso wahaca cheese in a ramekin and top with chorizo, then broil for about 2 minutes, lightly toast some tortillas and wrap with the wahaca and chorizo, i added a little siracha, was DELICIOSO!!!!!!!!!

    It is spelled Kobe, I just had a $20 Kobe beef hamburger in NYC on Monday. Nothing like it, when you order it medium rare it is so chewy inside.......so tasty!!!

    Going to marinate this for around 18 hours then slow roast it for 8 hours and possibly finish it off on the grill. 8 lb pork shoulder....

    As far as ingredients go..... I dont have the measurements but..... apple juice, white vinegar, red wine, worchesteshire sauce, molasses, brown sugar, garlic and onion powder, salt, seasoning salt, cajun seasonings, soy sauce,.... there may have been more but off the top of my head IDK them. It is esasy as heck and hopefully turns out ok. I am interested. I am trying to think of the best way to cook this in the oven. I am thinking right on the rack with a roasting pan under it actually....... I am not sure.
