fun stuff coming soon! New battery, radiator and CV joints and axles. Added some Rancho RS5000 shocks.
ive tried that with hank, he goes crazy when someone comes over and will NOT quit barking, i tell him ok, enough, hush, no, i cant get him to stop, i have to stand there for like 10 mins and do the "ceasar" thing, easiest way for me to describe it, pinch the neck and "shhh" i did it before he was famous :( anywho he just wont quit til hes satisified. the only think i can think of is a bark collar.

Try keeping to one command word for each action. Also I use treats and reward her the very second she is quiet. And say good quiet when she is eating her treat. It's very tedious and takes time but it seems to be starting to work

well i figured he might have had a word and if i said it i would discover which one it is, but i think the previous owners just let him bark.

Put a leash on him and give him a "correction". Pick a word to get him to stop and stick with it. Give him something else to do - "bed", sit, down, out. Patience... it might take awhile, but he'll get the idea.

thats what the hand correction on the neck is, i stick to one word now but at first tried them all, he knows sit and lay down and stay, figured there was a stop barking command but i guess not :notsure: lol

its kinda hard to get the tripod to sit on wood floors, cant send him outside without a leash, were right on the road, and that wont fix the issue. and he wont go downstairs to bed, he will just bark down there. the only thing to stops it, is me standing over him doing the neck thing telling him ok, then shh i want ok to be the stop, ok you barked, let me know someone was here, now stop. so when he barks after that, i do the correction and shhh.

but its hard when my mom wont continue it while im at work.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
Worst thing for a dog. Consistency is the key. I see in our dog the things we were consistent on, he is excellent at, the things we weren't, the work still continues 3yrs later!!

"out" doesn't mean outside... just out of the area you don't want him in. Can you get a small rug/carpet to go by your front door? If he can't sit, he can "down".

You need to get mom in on the program. He needs ONE set up rules, regardless of who is home
