Anyone into R/C?

This talk of simulators reminded me someone gave a realflight g3.5 awhile back. I never installed it, is it worth finding it and installing it or dont waste the time? I dont see myself getting into ther real thing anytime soon, its getting boring being stuck in the house on these shitty snowy days..

i believe that it works for any traxxas link transmitter, not just the TQi, but I may be wrong. i have mine sitting in front of me and i am about to try it

so far nothing, i may have just gotten confused on it, i have a 2.4 GHz TQ with Traxxas Link. but not the TQi. I have had people tell me it works, but then again...they can be wrong

Edit 1:if the TQi will control the savage X 4.6 i am gonna get soon, i will get a TQi later on as well

Edit 2: I was wrong, it wont hook up to traxxas link, gotta be a tqi

That radio gets great reviews. I'd have tried one before I plopped down the jack for a Spectrum, had I known about them. But they might not have been out then. It even has a few features my Spectrum don't have, mostly backlit LCD screen, handy as a hip pocket for night races.
