I'm gonna order my eibach coils within the next couple of days, my question is this. How many of your guys are running the 1/2" spacer to correct the driver side lean? Is 1/2" that noticeable?

Toytec 2.5" lift., just the beginning. Front Builstein coil-overs fully adjustable from 0-3". 2" AAL in the rear with 2.5 degree shim. Total Chaos uni-ball UCA's.
I wouldn't recommend going higher than 3" up front. you will cause major issues with the upper ball joints unless you are willing to replace the upper control arms with uni-ball UCA's. Not to mention the amount of neg caster you will get from pushing it up that high (your truck will wander like you're being blown all over the place, very unstable IMHO). The best way to get 4+ inches out of the front end is to install a full suspension lift up front (aka tuff country 5" lift kit) and then just add a block to the rear to level everything up. Although with 4" in the rear and 5 up front, i think it would be pretty level as it is.. remember to shim your rear axle to prevent u-joint bind/vibration, and make sure to drop your diff up front and check your cv angles (it sucks to be off-road when you blow a cv joint).

remember too that you can always add an overload leaf in the rear for the extra weight capacity, or you can add airbags (they work really well in my truck to keep it level with the extra weight).

I deffinatly wouldnt recommend a DB lift unless your just going to be mall crawling all th ough it is better than a BL, the only legit lift over 3" is SAS but you are correct about the UCA's which at 3" on a 1st gen is not required but recommended. Blocks on the other hand are a NoNo as well, AAL or new packs or gtfo :D

Horrible advice. Tuff country lifts suck. DB lift in general aren't great for off roaring and don't merit any advantage of a 3'' lift cause your diff's stay the same height. And blocks are TERRIBLE for your leafs.

See i think that the only ppl that need the spacer are the guys running AALs...but maybe not..

Id go with the expos man. Pyroskier says it is pretty rough without weight but if you kept your tool box loaded, i think you'd be fine. It'll be worth it for when you load up and trail run with the weight.

Air bags would not be fun i feel like or work for him as he wheels so much. Plus you'd have to get OBA...or spend forever with a bike pump that you'd have to carry around.

    I. Need the spacer on the front driver side, and when I do get leafs I'd prob go with the expos cause my toolbox probably weighs around 100 then I got my spare tire and hi lift back there, I just don't want it to be to rough but I'm sure it would be better than what I have now along with some new shocks!

And I want OBA anyway :D

Edit: and my cooler full of drinks are back there as wel plus I forgot about my other box under my toolbox full of shovels, chains, straps, light camping equipment and tarps lol so I think I'd be ok

If you have a 100 lbs back there at all times(tool box) you will be fine man.
