    one less scum of the earth.

    the suspect walked into CJ and made his order. he walked outside and came back inside with a crowbar (witnesses told me it was an axe). he started smashing the windows and other property inside of CJ. the cops were called and he was convinced to come outside where he was tasered in the neck, (you can clearly see him pull out the barbs and continue wallking. as soon as the officer who tasered him moved closer the suspect attempts to take a swing at the officer with the taser and the k-9 officer takes him out.

    jesus they shot him 5 times...then 5 more after he dropped. might be criminal scum but that was overkill.

    Edit: i will clarify. The officers did what they had to do to protect them selves and i think they sadly made the right call because the guy clearly looked unstable, i was just thinking 3 or 4 would suffice to seriously immobilize him.

    they tried to stop him with Less Lethal Force (taser) right before he took a swing at the cop you can see him pull the barbs out of his neck. this guy was obviously on something giving him super human strength to with stand a taser to the neck. the only other way would be lethal force.
