Used to ride 4 wheelers up in jonesborough good trail.

I am not from East Tenn, but pretty darn close. Mars Hill, NC just across the hill from you fellas.
FYI Mars Hill is about 30 minutes North of Asheville, NC.
I am in no way claiming Asheville, as my home just using it as a refence point. Asheville is/can be IMO one of the most F%^D up cities in the South East.

The Buffalo is located in north Wayne County in middle TN. Look for Waynesboro in south mid TN on google and go north. the river crosses hwy 13. You have options of either taking a two day float and camping on hte way or you can take two different one day trips to float the river. If you bring your own canoe/ flatbottom then it's any kind of trip you want.
Mostly i fish for smallmouth and pearch on hte buffalo but we do set up and do some catfishing at night there too. I pretty much fish for anything that bites but i try to target the good smallmouth there.
