    I've never got more than 6 hours a night since I was 16. Went to work at a Supermarket working 35 to 40 hours a week during HS. Always too tired for homework when I got home @ 10PM...So I'd set an alarm to get up and do it before I went to school in the morning. When I was Superintendent, my Airman used to think I was crazy because I'd show up at work @ 4 or 5 in the morning. I'd just wake up ... brain starting working ... had to go. If I stayed in bed I only tossed and turned and irritated the hell outta my wife.

    Now it's 2-4 hours late morning and 3-5 hrs late afternoon/evening before work. I'm synch'd into that and do it on my days off too..can't help it.?

    I takes a full week to stop waking up at 530, if i goto bed at 12, i wake before my alarm, it never goes off because i wake before it goes off. Tomorrow/today i can sleep in, i'm in a lull between jobs and i don't have to do anything out of the house before noon. The other reason I am up is the Rockstar and Redline I slammed (i know, not good for you), before i went for a 30 bike ride tonite, got back to the truck at 10pm.
