Hey guys, I'm a little concerned about the alcohol. I promise I will throw down on some cold beer like a fiend, but that whole thing with them wanting another $50 to be able to have beer etc there has me worried. I don't know if they have somebody riding around checking on shelter that are being rented, I just don't want someone to roll up, see beer cans and wham I get nailed with the $50 or whatever other fees/fines, since they have my credit card on file.
At the very least keep the beers in a red solo cup.
We can always hit the sports bar after and have a few as well.

There is an additional charge to drink?

I would suggest that if we want alcohol we own up to it and split the additional charge by those who are interested in having a cold beverage, or we do not bring alcohol.

Yes, there's an additional $50 alcohol fee.

Ok. So lets split the cost by those who are of age and plan on drinking. I do not personal care if there are any minors drinking but they should not be allowed to pay/purchase alcohol.

I'm not sure what the legalities are but I know monies always play a role.

I only plan on drinking a couple of beers but I'll throw in a few extra dollars.

I prolly won't be drinking at this one since the wife does t like to drive the truck that far but as long as its in a red solo cup you should be fine they can't search our coolers or anything so keep beer in cooler and empty beer cans in own trash bag in back of truck ?

    x2.

There should be no issues with control over a 3-5 hour event. There are plenty of places to go at 5 if you wish.

Damn fiscal close is going to get in the way of my rowdyness this weekend :(
