You'd be surprised what one can do with enough determination and steadfastness.

Goat milk and goat cheese is way easier to digest.

But goat milk is $16/gallon. It makes paying $3.65/gal for gas seem like no big deal.

My metabolism is far faster without dairy in my system. I digest my food way better.

I spent enough years eating things that my body couldn't process well. Cheese and wheat are off the menu for me. It took a bit of time to get used to it but I don't regret it at all.

Yep. I feel like I benefitted most from having allergy test done several years ago. The results were shocking and a bummer at first, but I'm cool with it now.

I'm not being sarcastic at all. Cheese is delicious - but for me it is like putting diesel in my Tacoma. Bad idea.

If I apply my "I'm not a baby cow" logic to it I find it is easier to not eat that tasty stuff. I'm not that big a freak about it - I'd never send food back because it had a bit of cheese or butter - but I try to keep it out of my tank.
