I got it from PSA as a "rifle kit". It came with the upper, bcg, lower parts kit, and stock kit. It was only like $500 right after black friday.

I wanted a magpul rifle stock but I didnt want to fork out nearly 300 for a stock!

I've never seen or done that myself. I'm sure it's possible, but it isn't something that would really cost you a whole lot of time to correct either.

The only thing I have noticed about running a BAD is that you may want to either have all of your rifles with one or none of them. Reason being, I was shooting one of my other rifles that does not have a BAD installed a few days ago and was doing a speed reload and found my self searching for the BAD lever instead of slapping the bolt release. You just have to be mindfull of what gear you're running and when.

Putting out a feeler - I'm looking to change my Magpul MOE parts to FDE instead of black. Anyone interested in buying my black MOE stock, grip and VFG? All are in near new condition.

I buy that American Eagle and that's all I buy. It's $5.92 a box at Wally World....if I find it cheaper online with shipping (PSA) I buy 500 at a time.

    Damn good ammo to me.

Now my SKS.....I shoot the cheapo Wolf

I have shot a lot of that "Russian Shit" I have never had a problem. And believe me I have shot a lot of it. If my gun cant run what is cheapest, then I don't want that gun.

try $1.5 per 20. that's how much i saved buying wpa. guess i'm not an ammo snob :p
x2, my LMT eats steel Monarch (repackaged Tula or Wolf i think) and WPA (wolf) and has never had a problem. Although she told me she really likes 62gr x-tac green tips, but she's dying to shoot the 62gr wolf HPs i got :D

Well I guess since I like vehicles that run on 93 too (Tacoma is my first to run on 87 in 12 years) I am a glutton for punishment. I won't say never, but it will be a cold day in hell before I have to swab my chamber with MEK to get a rifle to run again. My LW's have ran the cheap stuff no problem, but my other AR, not so much.

Ive never had a problem running monarch, golden bear, or hornady steel case in any of my AR's.

Ive seen somewhere where Rob s talks about shooting steel case ammo too and says he doesnt have any problems.

I have no experience with any of those. The stuff that fudged my stuff up was lacquer coated wolf and brown bear.
