I just had my trans fluid changed by my mechanic, but how can I check to see if I have enough fluid or not? My truck has the sealed trans.

I dont really trust him, he's older and he ended up calling me to ask how many quarts to put. I told him if he just drained the pan, around 3 quarts. He didnt measure how much he drained.
