How to keep yourself from snacking/gorging

crazy, will have to check this site out.
I was doing something similar to that a while ago (maybe a yr or two). I would only eat portions the size of a deck of cards every hr or so. worked, but I think it worked too well. I ended up skinny as all hell ... like a 70 yr. old. but will be checking out the site.

 

so there's not much that will make the water ... taste any less than water lol?

 

Ok, kill the deep frying and use that low fat bbq. Hows that? You still get chicken n bbq

 

LMAO was there already. Pacifico/Modelo/Corona/and I think some Forsters was in that diet ... nothing but ... well I can't remember much cause I know for a fact Tequila/Jeger (sp)/and Sailor Jerry stepped in at the last minute and that turned out to be more fun than I imagined

 

nah, lol. I didn't even finish the chicken. finished the soup and now I'm kind of feeling tired

 

can't have eggs, dairy will make me itchy and nose runs. coffee ... kind of swore off it, had a bunch when I was very young, glad I got that out my system lol.

gonna try using this schedule/routine. Have to augment some due to my allergies but will give it a shot.

Maybe. Must BBQ sauces are full of citric acid, ascorbic acid, high fructose corn syrup and "natural flavor" aka MSG.

Deep frying in and on itself is not bad, it's the type of oil used, and how that oil was "processed", or not. Corn oil, canola oil (ever seen a "canola plant"?) crisco and unrefrigerated lard are Pure EVIL. Still there are alternatives and home made BBQ sauce (if he has the time to make it) would be an EXCELLENT substitute for deep frying!

If I sound "wordy" about it it's because I have learned from both research, tryouts and personal experience.

 

... uh oh .... I used that to fry the chicken. I've tried to make some home made bbq sauce once. found a recipe on like yahoo or something, was curious at the time lol ... no .. it's not worth speaking about .. ever.
I can somewhat bake/broil the chicken (the oven is busted though, need to get an entire new one, I use this smaller one, good enough to fit two legs/breasts with maybe a wing set on the side).

 

yeah i read you cant have that, was just reciting my general routine. . . the oatmeal suggestion was a good one for you.

and don't call yourself fat. you're not even 200lb. now for your frame im sure it's a little too much, but with self control and some exercise you can get it back down

 

What makes canola, corn and some but not all peanut oils bad is not where they came from. Well Canola is bad no matter what; but how they were obtained.


They are made by "chemical extraction" basically using a flavorless chemical agent, to extract "separate" the oil from the kernel. That makes that oil rancid before it is even bottled. But the USDA allows it as "fit for human consumption". The problem is that virgin olive oil is has a low smoke point, which means it burns quick, so again it goes bad at high temps.


What do I do? I use melted butter on an oven pan, so that the chicken does not stick, and "oven" fried it at 440-465 for about 30 mins.

It comes out crispy and juicy. I make enough for about three meals, that way I don't crank that oven all the time.

Dude i cook my chicken breast frozen so that it pretty much cooks in the water released and its own gat. Buya son! Lol i meant fat not gat.

 

Scivation xtend makes your water taste hella good. My guilty pleasure is a cold as monster but im trying to drop some body fat right now so im just doing that and 3-4 LTR. of cold ass water.

What do you have for a workout routine? Exercise and healthy eating habbits go hand in hand. Although they say 80% comes from nutrition.

 

^^ This guy is on point... Lots of small meals or slightly big meals with snacks in between. Nuts, fruit, veggies for snacks. Protein and leafy greens for bigger meals and shit tons of WATER!!! This done correctly will turn your body into a fat burning machine w/o being hungry.

had to make breakfast for my mom before she left for work. decided to eat something before I got the urge later. Made some weird sausage (I think it's Vietnamese, fairly oily so I just had half of one), toast and a banana. Should be enough right? got most of what the essentials are lol. also had one glass of oj.

 

Alot of crazy talk in here, but also good info. Not too many people are going to agree on a subject like diet and excercise. Its like disscusing politics and religion.

Try this out. It would work great for you since you cant eat dairy. This isnt a fad diet this is a lifestyle. I eat when I'm hungry. I just make sure its along these principals.

I'm about 80% Paleo. I do have my cheat days and supplement even if this site says I dont have too.

 

not sure if this is a good idea but ... my pops got to the house and well thought I was hungry. So he got me a Wopper and some fries. He ate some of the fries which was cool, shit he bought the damn meal don't see why not lol. All I ate was the fires and I have been drinking water since then (he got home around 12/1 somewhere around there). The wopper has been sitting in the box since (I also peeped at it to see if he asked for no mayo... no luck there. just have to clean it off like usual smh). I think I have been teasing myself that there IS some quick food... but I have yet to reach for it. I just keep going back and forth for water and trying to finih my laundry.

 

next time have him get you a buger wrap and skip the bun, after awhile you dont miss the bun, a lot better for you, empty carbs that turn into sugar, that turns into fat....

 

I've heard brushing your teeth whenever you get the urge to snack helps not to snack. maybe try that.
