    :wave:Hello Garage!

Anyone have an extra 10...wait make that 8 degrees they could send my way. I just want to see a positive number on the thermometer. Almost 3PM here ... sun's heading back down and we only made it up to -7F today. :annoyed:
This sub-zero temperature spell is starting to wear on me. Hard for me to control my grumpiness ... :)

Would like to get out for some bird or rabbit hunting...but even the bird dog would think we were crazy trying to stay outside in this cold. Well at least I still have my sense of humor...that made me laugh...I can see my hunting partner and I getting out of the truck and Ege (Female German Shorthair) sitting in the back of the truck with that "are you guys crazy look."

Guess I just need to vent every so often...thanks for listening.

A little. We've increased our walking distance - going to have to measure it. They were outside for a few minutes - went out to get them and Zoie was playing with a toad  I'll go out in a few minutes to see if he's still alive  Annie sniffs at them and so did Ollie, but they never messed with them.

That'd be a good time to head north.

Hope she has a warm jacket to wear in those temps. I think Dave could spare a few degrees.... I could if I had to

I remember those days and do not miss them at all!!! Brrrrr

Thanks Susan ... she does have a jacket, but we'll just have to wait until we get some positive numbers again. It's just not any fun when it's this cold, for her or us. They'll come back around sooner or later. It's usually not that bad here in South Central AK; versus up in Fairbanks...that's where you were stationed, right? One of our contract carriers for the sites is based up there. Talked to their dispatcher this morning (at work) and I guess they're averaging temps in the -40F to -60F range. Don't know how they do it up there...guess my plight isn't all that bad after all. Thanks again for the sympathetic ear. :) ;)

Yes I was in Fairbanks. Like I said do not miss those temps. Even your temps are too cold for me anymore. I like warmer temps. Scenery is beautiful, but...

 suv thingy Drive safe and have a fun trip.

I remember that drive. Roads were more packed gravel than dirt, but weren't bad to drive on. Thankfully we got out before the snow arrived.
