    Wow, that hot water heater stand would never pass code here in SoCal. Not to mention the water heater is missing straps.(socal thing, we tend to shake) (I dont know the story behind this remodel but I have never scene a HW heater in a bathroom corner b4, unless you converted this room into a bathroom?, or its a different room all together?) I have so many questions
