I ordered the bolt its like 8 bucks I need to get my alignment before I order anything else incase I need UCAs. But it rides WAY better than stock the back end is a little stiff but that will smooth out after my metal work is added

Ok. That sounds like a good idea. Not the front though right? I'm not sure if the front would look good all grey, but ill go back to the photochop thread and see if they can do the fender trim and possibly the badge.

any way the fucktard at les schwab said that i need to drop my front diff and that UCAs won't fix my caster issue. then proceeded to tell me that i need a fabtech 6" lift to completely fix the issue for 4grand and that he's done thousands of lifts and that my truck will be more capable and have more clearance with a drop bracket lift. I hope a tire falls on his head in the near future.

i do have a vib in the front end at the diff so i'll end up getting the diff drop unfortunately the only other way to fix it is to get an ARB air locker for the front.

I absolutely did. I told him that the problem isn't caused by the lift and that it's a design flaw in the front differential, which he refused to believe. So I left I did order the front diff drop for 30 bucks it's worth a shot in the dark and a cheap solution hopefully. if not it looks like I'll be ordering lockers from ARB. then tires

 

it's not bad the truck does't shake or anything but it's noticeable. to most people it would be a non issue but i want it done right.

re:vibe. Unfortunately, diff drops are not as effective on 2nd gens compared to 1st gens but I guess it can't hurt. The vibe is most likely because you are at 3.5". Are there any rubbing marks on the inner CV boots between the fins? Is the vibe at all speeds? Or is it more noticeable at +45 mph?

The Elite bumper with a winch stuffed into it will help bring down the amount of lift just a bit. 3" is about max for these trucks without causing problems.
