    I was crazy busy at work this morning, so I just emailed the woman that I talked to to make the reservation, she's also the one that emailed me the invoice and rental agreement. I basically told her that they had no idea we had the shelter, were told it wasn't even ready, and that it kind of screwed up the day somewhat. She was apologetic but said she would talk to the "rangers" that were working saturday and get back to me.
