so friday i am buying my lift im thinking 2.5 in suspension and 3 in body what do yall think? that way i can replace my 31s with 35s when they wear out

 

Just do suspension and call it a day.

 

Skip the BL man. No worth it at all.

Do a 3'' suspension lift.

I would go 2.5-3" suspension, no body lift. What lift are you looking at? Don't go with blocks or spacers.

Worst case, if you insist on running 35's, save up some cash and just all at one time do a 6in suspension, wheels, tires and gears... but personally I like the 3in... nice, simple and not too bad on the wallet.

 

Yea this. Tho DB kits aren't considered the greatest..

6'' of lift is for 35s or 37s IMO

3'' lift and 33'' tires will take you to 95% of the places you want to take the truck. Makes it very capable. and TONs of ppl run this combo..i am one of em

 

My lift takes me to a 100% of the places I want to go.

My truck has a 3'' Body lift and it sucks....coming off ASAP.

It makes the truck ride like shit, look like shit, and unsafe. Do not do any BL above 1''.

3'' suspension lift + a 1'' BL you can probably fit 35's.

IMO run a 3'' and run 33's.

 

And even then...still wound't do a 1'' BL..
