    :mad: they screwed up part of my appointment, so I am going back at 8am to get the monitor put on, but they completed the echo and I'll be getting those results in a few weeks.

    A friend had to do that, was checking for heartbeat differences.

    Yeah its a 24hr Holter monitor to record the heart rate and see if there is anything significant. I have been feeling much better the past few weeks compared to January.
    I started taking a multivitamin at the suggestion of my chiropractor and I think that has helped, thats why I asked about your tests for b12, I'm thinking vitamin d though.

    Understand 100% about the vitamins, they put me on a heavy dose of folic acid, when all the test came back it showed I lacked B12, so now I am giving myself shot for it.

    Check out the vegas.com site for things to do/see, I like that the best and order the visitors guide from the visitlv.com site.
    I like to suggest checking out "downtown" Vegas also, the old casinos on Fremont street where it all started and check out a free light show, vegasexperience.com <--I used to work there. To get there take the strip bus (cheap) or a cab, but don't try to walk it no matter what people tell you.

    I didn't think it would be too bad as long as you aren't phobic of shots in the 1st place and b12 is better in shot form than supplements. ;)
