I'm heading out to Colorado next week to go boarding in Vail, beer tasting at Fat Tire, and some fun. I'll be out in Downtown Denver on Friday and Saturday night and was curious if you guys recommend or suggest any places to go out for those nights? I prefer more of a bar scene, no clubs but I may have friends who would like the club scene so you can throw that in, also. I have a few friends going to the Nugget vs. Laker game, so maybe somewhere in between???

My brother use to live in Craig but not a local of Denver and suggest Paramount Cafe for Fishbowl Fridays? and said Coyote Ugly and Lucky Strike?

I wanted to hang out like a local for the night life instead of a tourist since we'll be going to the brewery on Saturday. My flight doesn't leave til later in the evening on Sunday so you can throw in a spot of where I can watch the Superbowl?

Message me or I'll try to check the thread periodically. Thanks a bunch!

Mike- my laptop is making a sound similar to an alarm clock when it powers up. Any ideas why it's doing that?

Could be bad ram, HD, mobo, it's a beep code basically telling you something is wrong, generally a hardware problem. You might be able to re-seat the ram. Could be a lot of diff issues man sorry.

Edit: If you're gonna be home I may be up there tonight

Paramount cafe is nice for lunch and beers. Coyote ugly is not that great any more it use to be. My fiancé use to be a bar tender there. I would go to like the Blake street vault.

The green russel is a great place for drinks a little pricy. Jax has an awesome happy hours if you like we food and drinks. They have my favorite martini the corpse reviver #2. Corner office is a great just hang out place. Those are all places where you can drink and not be in the club scene.

I sent her a rundown of downtown pm haha.

Told her about 20th and Blake basically with Lodos, Tavern, Jacksons, Brothers, Cowboy Lounge. Plus farther up by 15th like Suite 200, Lavish, which is more of the club scene.

Thanks guys, I'm definitely taking notes since I've never been to CO. There's going to be like 14 of us flying in from all around, males and females, couples, singles, etc. I definitely love booze and food! Since I wasn't in charge of hotels, I'm not even sure where I'm staying at but we rented a SUV and have a DD at hand, and if all else fails, I hope taxi or walking distance is available.

Yes! My friend's "Dirty Thirty" birthday. so a few of us who has the time and money decided to fly in to celebrate with boarding and booze, something different from the typical Vegas ideal. Since he's a male, there will be more males, a few single girlfriends, including myself. :p I'm actually in charge of entertainment, because I'm the fun one and an awesome wing women for the guys.:cool::eek: I've been busy and haven't been able to do research so I reached out here on TW.

You're more than welcome to join the fun, we might have tee shirts or stickers made. The more the merrier. We can meet up or stop by and say "hello" like that Martin Solveig song. :D

A side note: All my friends, males and females are all a catch; in their professional life that are ages from 23-32, beautiful/handsome, and FUN FUN FUN with no drama!!!

Being from Cali, LA, to be exact, a good portion of the population here has DUI's due to the lack of public transportation so we planned accordingly for reasons like that. You have an awesome fiance!!! Yes, please join the fun and bring the fiance or fun people.

There's like 5 of us that's going to be in Vail from Wednesday/Thursday to Friday. The whole group will be in Denver from Friday evening-Sunday. I think there is 4, including myself that is flying out Sunday night after the superbowl.

    My agenda:
    Thursday: drink/hang out in Vail.
Friday: board all morning and afternoon, head to Denver, dinner, night life TBA.
Saturday: breakfast, Fat Tire @ fort collins, dinner, and night life TBA.
Sunday: brunch, football, dinner, flight at 9:15

I personally would like to hit up a few spots along a street or strip just to check out the scene, like a pub crawl, and than head back to the most happening spot to make a fort. Drinking is a must, dancing is a plus.
