    i've actually thought about it. i like the 1GR, its a good solid motor (loved it in my dad's PreRunner). but if I was going to go through all that trouble in a swap id go V8, just depending on how much id wanna spend; ideally a 3UR, but a 1UZ looks super tempting as well. i know it would probably be alot easier to slip the v6 in there but thats a huge commitment; and i'd want a V8 lol.

    the URD supercharger though has me very very tempted to just build the 2TR. it's a solid motor and even though its slow I love it.

    idk i really like toyota v8's lol. i know you can make way more power with a 2J but my ultimate goal isn't insane amounts of power. i just more than i have now. alot more though, lol.

    1uz, make that happen. They can be had on the cheap. I would love to see something like that happen. Hardest part would be mount/wiring.

    yeah the wiring seems like bundles of fun. these trucks have plenty of room up front, so that part's not too bad. and even N/A i'd be happy with the kind of power it can put out.

    gotta wait though. still have to finish up school, and i'm still not done with my suspension yet.

    solid. should be pretty pricey depending on the hubs and how much front suspension modification (or possible complete replacement/fabrication) you need to do. lol.

    suspension wise I would only need to modify the stock spindles. Mounting the drive train/getting it to work is a whole nother story lol. I wont clutter your thread with it lol.
