no i know thats how it works. But billies at 2.5'' doesn't make the strut take the weight  not even slightly..

it just preloads the shit out of the coils and will make the whole set up ride like crap. look around lots of guys complain about billys set at 2.5 and drop back down.
Ben do what you want it's your truck and your money spend it how you see fit.
people give me a hard time about not getting dakars but they don't have to pay for or live with the decisions i make.

That may be true a bit. But you'd still be getting a better ride with the bumper none the less due to a better shock. It would put you at around 2'' of lift depending on the weight of the bumper and still ride pretty well.

and as i just showed you..the price difference is hardly there. In fact i didn't take into account you'd sell them so really its cheap..and better. Why would you not do that??

No i have seen several ppl with them at 2.5 and be completely happy with it. Space is no different. But at least he would be getting a new shock which would help. With the spacer tho it'll be bouncy like crazy due to the old tired shocks.

    well...i work..REALLY hard..All the time..haha

and sell shit i don't need. Like my 4x4 1/10 scale EMAXX RC monster truck that goes like 30mph..don't need it anymore.

and sliders were 360 bucks shipped..BAMF made.

bumper is gonna hurt tho..was about 800 bucks with the options i wanted PLUS i asked Tim to add a tire gate too it  so thats gonna be freakin ridiculous to pay for and ship...

bed rack is basically free(ish) just material costs..im gonna make it..

and i think i found an E locker axle i can buy for pretty cheap to swap it at a local junk yard. so yea. Ill just get that for now then i can put an ARB in the 8.4 axle ill have left over and never have to totally give up my truck for more then a day. And i can regear then too.

no kidding try sea foam too. what gears do you have in there now?

I get about 320-350 out of a tank and I never go below a quarter tank
I'm on 265/70-16s though but that's going to change in a week or so
