    I've done down once on a bike, wasn't too epic, but she thinks that 100% of people who ride are idiots and destined for the ER. Not saying it wont happen, but I'll be wearing a helmet, boots, jeans, and a good leather jacket if it does.

    First day my son had his dirt bike he went screwin' around in the neighborhood...his Mom pulls up behind him (coming home from work) ... he goes showing off and dumps it right in front of her! :eek: :D Took a month for the road rash on his forearms to heal...it was a long time before either of us heard the end of that...still comes up from time to time. ;) :D

    yeah, the weather has been really weird this year. We have had maybe 5" of snow total for this entire winter.

    Best Commander I ever had (and still close friends with) is from Des Moines ... he reminds me of that every chance he gets. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up back there in 10 or 15 years. Especially if the youngest son decides to leave Alaska...my wife's already not real pleased with being this far away from the grandkids in San Antonio. :)
