pretty much a bunch of take off parts from factory AR's.. My blackout comes in this week and I'm making room on the table so I can work on it.

    Nope, no rear sight.

and those rails look nothing alike. The rails in question look identical to my TROY rails...and the allen screws are suppose to be on the bottom (6 oclock), not on the side at 3 oclock like shown.

They are the factory rails. And they came from lwrc installed like that. Different models brands are just made differently. I would think the manufacturer would know how to install there own parts. Lol.
And there is no rear iron sight because of the low profile scope. I keep it with me jic something happens to my scope.

I've got a Bushmaster XM15-E2S Ar-15 that ive had about a year, only cons is i bought it with the carry handle upper receiver so i have to buy a flat top to mount the EOtech i want on it. Iron sights on an AR are hard to get used to and not very good for beginner shooters, so i would recommend a Bushmaster ORC or something of that sort with a flat top upper so you can mount the optics of your choice.

...in regards to the open sights comment  IMO everyone should start with open sights before they ever rely on an optic when it comes to an AR. Dead batteries, breakage, optic impacts...too many variable to not have or know how to use the most basic sight option.

So I went out and bought my AR and like a month later my pops shows me an lwrc m6a2 tricon (1 out of 500 ever made) that he bought. What a Dick. Lol had to go and show me up. Then he goes and buys a reapr. Freaking show off. Haha :fenforcer:

Got into this very argument with an Active Duty Marine. He said I needed to get with the times because optics are here to stay, I told him he needed to read up on Marine Corps tradition of making shit harder than it has to be and that when Zero's budget cuts come to fruition, he better hope he doesn't get strapped with a pizza box on his chest because he didn't have any interest in learning his iron sights.

I assumed this was a reference to a lack of funds for body armor.
