I have Demello bolt on sliders, and mine needed a 1/2" drill bit, which I bought at home depot. for a drill I used a big bad ass mason drill my dad had lying around, but if the cordless won't work I'd say rent an electric drill from home depot. My sliders only needed the holes drilled in the underside of the frame, so I used a floor jack to jack the drill up essentially as an upside down drill press.

I'm sure Anthony will chime in about CBI sliders.. I think he had to drill into the vertical section of frame??

Not sure where about in Philly you are, but if you feel like driving out to Coatesville I have a corded drill and right angle adapter you can use. You can finish them up in my garage.

Bilstein 5100's on all four with some OME 885x's. Brute Force Fab front bumper. Warn winch. Koenig countersteers wrapped with duratracs.
Yea i got some new bits, i just figured the drill wouldnt have enough juice in general.

Yea i saw some nice install instructions on the CBIs where a floor jack was used...gotta buy a new one of them too cause the lil one i have at the house dont work no more

thanks for the offer! I think i might just run to home depot or a georges tool rental (just built one by my place) and rent one save some drive time and do it in the driveway.

um....im scared to ask how you found this out??? ha

If you end up needing a right angle adapter I think I picked mine up at Home Depot or Lowe's for around $20.

Just tint and ppl for now.
Same place and price I got mine. Worth it's weight in gold.

Also, get a stepped bit. MUCH easier and the bit is a lot shorter. Trust me. I drilled 40 holes for the sliders I had on my first truck. Just need to drill a pilot hole first, then go to work with the stepped bit. Not sure you need a new drill for the task unless your drill is FUBAR.
