where's our train guys? thought I'd post pics. of something unique, although not exactly a train. I actually saw this being used after passenger service stopped. the new jersey zinc co. used it.

I am almost worn out today doing little to nothing.

I am waiting for two chuck roasts to come out of the smoker and making gravey right now. I did 3 chuck roasts on the rotissary today.

Our church is housing the homeless this week and tonight I am part of the team that is providing dinner.

    The house already smells wonderful.

No worries Susan...thanks for replying. I've never snowboarded either. I'm the "chairlift driver"...so to speak. The young folks snowboard in Hatcher's Pass 15 mins out our back door. My son loves it up there, and it doesn't cost anything more than the fuel in the truck. Bear and I drive the truck, drop him at the top, pick up at bottom, repeat until he's had enough--or the sun goes down, usually the latter! :D

x2 ... and bonus points for the nice chuck roast aroma lingering around here. :D

 Mulling that last part over for "Sig Quote" potential. ;)

Nice Jim! Good luck with painting. for Chet.

Have a great day folks! God Bless you and yours! :) :oldglory:

morning. have fun painting Jim! i don’t mind it. and am ok. i can free hand around door frames and base board and not use tape. :D thats how me and dad like to do it. if you leave the tape on to long it pills the paint or it runs under the tape. PITA if you ask me.

Yep! ! ! This is the place! ! ! I moved here in 1959 and the place was still in shock. All the locals thought the world of the host, Joe Barbara, (Joe the Barber) he was a local soft drink distributor.

evening all: another day, another problem-well sort of! just paid car ins. for a yr., got a discount of 7% because of the yearly payment. OH GOOD!! but just got a statement from the ins.co. that I now have a credit of $54.00. I'm assuming "credit" means that NEXT YR. when I pay the bill they will deduct it from the premium.

any bets, that if I bite the dust before next yr., they will refund the money to my estate.. so, going to go up to agent and see if they will issue a refund, instead of carrying the credit. that should be pretty easy .

:notsure::annoyed::goingcrazy:. the NORM. why should anything change? what's next-I can take it.
