Going really well...understand about the coffee...wife won't touch the stuff. You might consider one of those Keurig Machines. I was really skeptical about it...then my wife bought us one for Christmas. The little "K-cups" aren't too expensive and it's nice because each brew is a single serving size. I can have coffee, followed by the wife's hot chocolate or chai, and then the son can make his hot apple cider. And the Twinings and Tazo tea blends aren't bad either. Tea has to be strong for me to like it (something to do with tours in UK and Turkey), but both of those are acceptable to me. She bought the smaller unit due to available counter space; you have to pour the filtered water in for each serving, but it's right next to the water dispenser in the freezer door, so that's not really a hassle. Just thought I'd mention it...pretty convenient and once you stock up on different K-cup flavors you like, you can change it up from one morning to the next. FWIW. :)

Can't really justify the cost for something that won't get used that often  I can just heat the water in the microwave. Thanks for the tip though. If I get to where it would be used more often...

Wife got one of the kureig machines 2 or 3 years ago. It makes it easy for her to have coffee. I don't drink coffee, so making a pot of coffee was pretty wasteful for 1 cup of coffee.

If it was gonna see a lot of use, but I know that once the novelty has worn off it wouldn't get used :anonymous: So I'll save the $$ for something else

although that would depend on the size of the cup of coffee  One of my old bosses had a cup that would hold about 24 oz of coffee and he filled it two or three times a day
