I am about to order a new (re-manufactured) rack and pinion and need new rack bushings too.

I am confused about one thing. I noticed that 95-00 bushings and 01-04 bushings are slightly different. Are these differences in the rack or the frame mounts?

I was going to order a Prothane 95-00 kit, but dont want there to be any compatibly problems if the rack I am ordering came off a newer taco.

3" lift Up front(Donahoe Racing ext. travel coil overs, Camburg UCA's), 1.5-2" lift in the back(aal and some billy 10" stroke short bodies), Bushwhacker Cut-Out fender flairs, 16"x10" Procomp Street locks, and 305/70 Procomp X-Terrains.
Just to be safe you can just buy the wheelers kit. It has an extra piece for that.

EDIT: and i am prety sure the difference is the bolt diameter

right, but the prothane 95-00 kit is specific for the 95-00 just like the Wheelers/Energy suspension kit.

    bump for any more insight...

The extra piece that is in the Wheeler's kit is a 9/16 sleeve for one of the bolts. If you're using the same bolts, I would think the 95-00 kit would be what you need.

I figured I would update this: I just got the bolts out of the old rack, and the prothane 95-00 kit does indeed have the correct Inner diameter bushing sleeves for the 95-00.
