I was just wondering what size the AP kit used I haven't read much on it

 

They use a special version of Fox which don't require limit straps.
But it's 2.5x8 from what I was told.

all I I've heard is when u get a AP kit you have to get foxes? Or do people run other shocks? But I was curious as to why lol but now I know

 

I think they just run a better internal bump. Yup when you get the AP kit you should get
their Fox setup. I haven't seen anyone run a different setup. I was going to switch out the foxes for Kings, but I was also waiting on AP to let me know the specs for the Fox to see if I can look for a different setup. then came across the Camburg.

 

AP does not use 8" C/O's. It's a custom length for the kit, something around 7.4".

 

I didn't know that I was told by them it was 8s.

I asked them about it around a year ago because I wanted to run 8's. They said you could but you'd have to put limit straps on.

Maybe it's just an internally buffered 8"? That might be it.

You can run the Walker Evans 2.5" coilovers as well with the kit. Sarah has them on her Truck
