Note as discussed on page 4:
for legal purposes and to eliminate the need for permits and insurance, this event is not really an "organized event" like mr. trd had mentioned.

this is simply an elaborate gathering of many enthusiasts in an off-roading mecca..

so an idea is to make the main name for these events as

TACOMA GATHERING​

with a subname for each year...like occupy moab/rockupy moab, making light of the occupy movements that took place recently...then next year we'd have another subname based off the current trends of the times...

so my suggestion for this year would be...

TACOMA GATHERING 2012
ROCKUPY MOAB​

or we can use T.A.Co. GATHERING 2012 "Tacomas and Company Gathering"
