I have a 2009 TRD SR5 DCSB and want tube steps but don't like the grey ones. Toyota made black ones for 2011. Does anyone know what, if any, are the differences between the model years? Is there any reason these won't fit. Thanks for the help.

Thats what I thought, but the dick behind the counter told me there was no way they would fit. When I asked him what the differences were he couldn't tell me.

yeah that will happen, if you truck is a DCSB and the step rails are for DCSB then will fit for sure, you cant really truck when people behind counters say.

Well thanks for the info guys. I will be heading back tomorrow to order some tube steps.

Has anyone installed the newer steps on an older truck? Not that I don't trust everyone, just want to be 100% sure.

Well I got them and they fit just fine. Gave myself a good scare though when I tried to bolt the passenger side step on the drivers side. I thought I was heading back to the stealership with my tail between my legs until I saw the labels on the steps. Thanks to all those on TW for the info and reassurance.
