Great work you got going there Doug

Quick question, would it be possible to remove an overload leaf without pulling the whole leaf pack off the truck? Or would it be easier to remove the leaf pack and disassemble it?

    Thanks bro'...

If you use a few C-clamps to hold in place you can, if thats all you're doing is dumping the overload I'd say maybe give it a shot anything more & I'd just R&R the springs...

    Subbed.

Got a 99 Taco, 4x4 with the original stock springs. Sag like a mutherfucker. No one around here (South Georgia) will have any idea what I'm talking about if I say I wanna put these springs on my truck.

But I'm sick at the idea of dumping loads of cash on aftermarket only to have them sag after a year. And I've read the threads here about them doing it.

Also, I don't mechanic so I'm lost when it comes to installing new springs. What to do....

Oh yeah ya def. want to do a tool check before you start, even though this is a relatively straight forward thing , you got to remember that we're dealing with alot of weight & a lot of raising /lowering of not only vehicle but of 500 lb axle assembly that wants to do nothing but move around on you & trust me it WILL roll forward (drop down) when axle seperates from springs, so secure it. I use 2 floor jacks 2 jack stands minimum

If you only have one jack and one set of jackstands can you change or work only one side at a time?
