I may be able to make it. I'm supposed to camp with a buddy of mine up at Smith Lake, but I might be able to make a big loop and meet him there after the meet.

No mods planned, but I'd be happy to help out with anything.

Getting in to sub the thread, will post back when I know more :)

From Gadsden, you would almost do best to follow 431 to Guntersville then 69 toward Arab, cut across through Union Grove to 231 and then into southeast Huntsville.

U bolts arrived yesterday at the house fully trimmed. He wasn't able to get anything to clean the threads up though. We were able to start all of them, but I know on the first one we tried, it has some flats in the threads a bit lower. He also said they were zinc coated steel and the cut them with a cutting wheel on a grinder.

As for food dues, we should get Kyle to update the first post, but for anyone following along, we generally cook hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill with some chips and such. A donation is greatly appreciated from those that enjoy the meal. All beverages are bring your own.

    um............................ you :p

well good deal, im about halfway tempted to just use the nuts and washers from my other ubolts instead of those pain in the butt ones, just to make it easier and just keep an eye on the torque settings every once in a while.

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
of course, the biggest meet we have I won't have my truck for. O well I guess

Maybe I'll get drunk before we go offroading since I won't be driving haha.

    Count me in.

I'd kinda like to do the fogs on w/o lights and fogs on w/ high beams mod. Aside from that I'll be happy to be an extra pair of hands and feet for anyone who needs some help. I've got a SWR meter and a good bit of radio knowledge if anyone's planning on doing a CB.

Otherwise, it'll be cool to put some faces with names.

Hey Justin, do you have a CB, or do you know if anyone caravanning from B'ham has one? I need to re-solder my antenna connector to get mine back up and running, but it'd be cool to have on the ride up.
