I have a 2009 double cab pre runner
Bilsteins all around front set at .85
    Rear 2" AAL
    265 65 17 tires
    LR UCA's

Toyota Dealership in Waco Texas attempted alignment twice and they say they got it as good as they could. They said because of the lift they could not get it any better. It is still off:
    L/F Camber 0.4 R/F Camber 0.9
Left Caster 2.9 Right Caster 2.5
    L/F Toe 0.4 R/F Toe 0.6
    Total Toe 0.10

Am I just being picky or can another shop do better?
Chris4x4 said they should be able to get camber and toe to 0.0
Has anyone had any luck in the DFW area or the Waco, Texas area?

You should be able to get it better. On my 09 with Billys at .85 (stock UCAs) I took it to a local Firestone service center and got mine very close to 0/0/2.7 (I think that's what it was).

I'd suggest finding another shop and specify the settings you want. At .85 there should be no reason it can't get to that. I don't have the LR UCAs, but is there something on those that is limiting the adjustment?

Perhaps you could go to an offroad shop to have aligned...4WP did mine after a lift install, and she's straight as an arrow. Mike's offroad is good too. Too many regular shops get all sketchy when they see something other than stock underneath.....GL.

Another vote for 4WheelParts here. I deal with the one in Coppell and they are top notch.

Not hardly, they add caster and camber adjustability themselves on top of what oem is capable of.

sorry to hear that man...perhaps someone should chime in on the validity of their statement to you. I'd be interested to hear it. I do not do alignments myself, and no expertise in this matter. Just sounds suspect.

    Yeah me to!
Chris4x4 said there should be no problem getting those specs. I got them straight from him. Hopefully someone will chime in that has more experience than I do.
