That will not work on the bumper. It's on a rounded area, and it's way way thicker material.

Hitting mine with a 20 oz hammer and a metal rod got me nowhere fast. It's pretty sturdy metal.

ya, those gas station barriers are mean aint they?!?

I backed into 2 different ones when i was 16.

did you know that the yellow posts on the tire fill stations are really good at lining up and looking like there is only one and not two?

and that the location looks like the the farther one?

but ya, I had my tail gate redone at the same time (popped a trailer of hitch and into tailgate....i was not happy) so I dont know how much it will cost, but it wont be cheap.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
I have not hit anything with my Tacoma, but about a month ago, I was backed up to the loading ramp at our house and loading up my dad's Grizzly 660 ATV and when I drove it into the truck, apparantly the weight of it caused it to sag and left a nice shiner on the corner of my tailgate! Didn't even notice it until this weekend when I washed the truck, but its a truck, if it ain't scartched or dented somewhere, you ain't using it!

I once backed into a power pole that was conveniantly placed in the dimensions of the paking spot... shitty thing was that it was on base right before morning formation so there was a big group of marines sitting there that saw it all happen haha, so me being Army, of course they pointed and laughed as I picked up the broken pieces of tail light and stuck it in my bed.

But hey, I needed new tail lights anyway and now I can justify a sweet Relentless Fab rear bumper!

Maybe that quote they had said was before paint? Maybe they did a quote for a Ford or Dodge bumper and not a Toyota? Anything is possible.

Ouch. I backed into one of those gas station barriers with my Corolla a few years ago. Not too much damage, still had the paint scratches when I sold it a year ago.

Ooh. My favorite was a friend who went driving through a dark parking lot in his one week old King Ranch F150, and scraped the passenger's side- front door, back door, and bed- on a fire hydrant. That was awesome. Hahahaha
