    First off I have never found a sealant that works as well as Zaino. The product is amazing and at 5 coats your finish should start to have a shimmer effect. Really gives the paint a depth and clarity at 5 coats.

    I sent Ben some polishes to remove some scratches and swirl marks. I am hooked on the Menzerna product line. I have found polishes to be more expensive than waxes in the long haul.

    Three years ago I started to apply a wax over Zaino with outstanding results.

    Car detailing is addictive.

    Good ... I slept for 6 hours straight today...normally it's 2 naps 3 hours each with a break in between. Laid down later than normal today and slept longer...might be onto a new night shift strategy. Feel really well rested....hmmm. :)

    Decompression of the spine,
    Electrical muscle stimulation (to relax the tense muscles around the nerve and spine)
    Spinal realignment
    Massage/stretches

    That was done 2 times a week
