tundra TRD's on stock 04 Tacoma?

Sorry if this has been asked but I am on my way out the door for work. A co worker has a set of 4 TRD wheels with tires with very little miles from a brand new Tundra sitting in his backyard. The guy that owns them bought 20's and only wants $400 for the stockers.
Not sure on the size but will the 255 or if its the 275 by 18 fit my stock 04 Tacoma with no lift? Deals to good to pass up.

 

I don't think the lug pattern is the same. And if it is, it may be too tall of tire.

 

Need more info. Give me the tire size off the tundra and what you have now. Then I can give you an exact answer.

 

I'll need to ask my co worker about the size or if he can at the very least bring one to work. My truck has the standard 275/70-16.
BTW I am originally from St. Charles Parish!

 

Dang I believe the new Tundras have a 5 lug set up......UGH!

01-06 have 6 lug, same pattern as ours. 07-12 have 5 lug.

 

Grew up in Luling! Yep I asked him again about the wheels but swears it's a 6 lug but then he says that it was a 07 and new Tundra. anyhow, he's bring one to work so I can see them.

 

They are definitely 5-lug. 5x150 to be exact.

 

Just as well my stock rims are in perfect condition and since I work for Firestone I can get a set of Revo 2 in 265/75-16 installed by my own hands for $500 with tax. So, I think I'll just do that.
