    Yep!

    :annoyed:3.5 days ago I was gripping over not having seen temps above sub-zero. Now it's 38F w/ mixed snow/rain. Glen Hwy is a slippery sloppy mess; several cars slid off. Thankful for 4WD, Blizzaks, and God for letting me find my patience. Morning commute should be entertaining...glad my schedule has me going opposite direction of the "day shift wave."

    No end to Alaska's bag of tricks this Winter. Oh well, it's all good. :)

    Summer is a blazing 70-85 degrees, with a slight chance of rain
    winter is a chilly 70-84 degrees, with a minor chance of rain
    spring is a ridiculously warm 70-85 degrees with a chance of scattered rain
    fall is a comfortable 70-85 degrees, with a small chance of rain

    Have to adapt to your environment. I kind of enjoy the preparedness aspect of it. Probably all the years on Active Duty. You have to be prepared for the unexpected ... or Alaska will reach out and try to harm/kill you. Always respect her and the weather...and it works out well. :) :cool:

    But mainlanders are silly. Anything below 60 and theyre super bundled up.
    I remember my hotel caught fire in zona and it was 50 degrees outside. When we evacuated everyone was in super thick jackets, thick pants and boots.

    I was in a paddling tanktop and board shorts
