Kinda sorta. The chrome part fits to the core support perfect, you just need the bumper brackets from the 01. The lower valance (plastic part) is the iffy one. There's also a lower valance support bar not on the 99 that mounts onto two frame extension caps, the lower valance is additionally supported by it, and those caps are welded to the 01. I think it also provides additional crunch protection. Anyway, I had to do without that extra securement. I used a ton of large standard washers, lock nuts, and lock washers to hold it to the bumper. There's literally like 15 holes to use, one every couple inches. Doesn't move even at speed, worked out well. I got a few page write up on it at customtacos.com.

hahaha just keep the exterior muddy forever....mine looks pretty damn clean in pictures but up close theres a ton of knicks and scratches down the side. it adds character!

Got part of my interior LED conversion done, just waiting on the right AC panel lights to come. Only thing I'm having issues with is the map/dome lights will only come on if the ignition is on... but I can deal with that. I think they turned out ok

Ok awesome that's all I really want is that top piece and the blinkers for the bumper that way I can use them as fog lights, but I may do the whole front end conversion now like yours, It looks a lot cleaner and smoother, good work

so can you just use the bumper if you want and not put the 2001 grill? and could you specify more what you need for the bumper to bolt up please.

Google SketchUp. It took me a while to figure it out but once I got the hang of it it was pretty easy to use.

They are for 6" lights. I currently have a set of KC Daylighters mounted to my bumper so I figured I would put them in there. Not sure if I will end up going that route in the end but as for now that is the plan.

    Look at build!
i got the 4xrac kit since i didnt feel like making basically the same thing and attatched it to the hilift then held it up to the box under that ledge where the levers and all are for the handles and marked the 4 holes then drilled em out and bolted up the mounts.
