    I'm actually going to try a new sleep strategy...yesterday I had to hang in A-town about 2 hrs later than normal. Didn't get home until 'bout 9:30AM...to sleep between 10 and 11--but I slept for over 6 hours and felt great when I woke. Normally I've been going to bed between 8 and 9, sleep about 3 hours, get up around noon; stay up 3 to 4 hours; then get another 3 to 4 hours before getting up and going to work. I'm gonna start staying up a little later and trying to sleep 1 longer period and see how it goes. It'll also be better for home life, because I'll be awake with my wife (and sometimes my son, depending on his sched) for a few hours in the evening before going to work. This week will be my test.
