Anyone have an idea if this is just a level kit or actual lift? Thought it maybe to go to be true for $125 and being a pro comp still in the box. I was gonna give the guy a call in abit but it's a little early in the AM right now. http://asheville.craigslist.org/pts/2830311094.html

Would you recommend them? Im not quite ready for new tires, but when I do I wanted to get something a little more aggressive than my Firestone Destination A/T's and was seriously considering 31x10.5/r15 Guard Dogs.

double quote for the 20K!!!! lol didnt even notice that.

those falken tires were put on last night. had the TPMS put into the new enduros since they'll be street queens and had the balancing beads put in these. they ride smooth as glass, no vibes, and pretty quiet.

no problems w/ them. drove 7 hours up to harlan, wheeled a lil, then 7 hours back. only time they've been on the truck. i think brutal is running the guard dogs. they arent the prettiest tires due to the retreading, but good for the price anyways.

You only use them for wheeling?

I'm skeptical about them cause I've heard horror stories of retreads but I've also heard really good things about them. Shipped they would be about $550. Would you spend that kind of money on retreads? Or go with brand new?

For the little amount my truck gets drove I think they would be ok, but I'm just not sure. I'll PM brutal though and see what he says.

Man I had a set of mastercraft tires on my dodge (before my taco) and those were the best damn tires I had ever had. Tread and wear was great no noise and they looked awesome.

one of my roommates had a set put on his f-150 about 6 months ago, and they ride good, look great, and he keeps telling me to get a set but i just don't know much about them. and i don't think ive ever seen anybody on here with a set on a taco interestingly. they seem to be priced well though. i do some light "off roading" so i need something with some teeth on it, but at the same time im not trying to tank my gas mileage until it's paid off and i can really have some fun with it.

Super Swampers sounds like the brand you should go with. Not loud, will last forever, and actually increase gas mileage.
