from things I've heard in the past with any spindles if you have the stock rims you'll need to get spidertraxs. HEY! at least you'll look long traveled lol

Stock Off Road rims are 7" wide with 5.25" backspacing. You'll have to keep the spidertrax on the front at least. Hopefully they're only 1.25" and you won't stick out too far. I'm gonna run the 1.25" on the rear so the stance up front doesn't look too off.

Would someone make a 2.5" lift spindle already! Yeah i know this has nothing to do with the 4" spindle mentioned here which I'm considering, but I'm just trying to get this out there since we already have 3.5 and 4" spindles (TC, Camburg, CST).

Heres my delemma if anyone wants to help a guy out...
I know someone who is going to give me a sweet deal on a new LT kit and I want to run a lift spindle so I don't need to preload my COs (on order). The problem is with CO set at min, from what I've heard, you will still get a 1-1.5" lift. With a spindle such as this one, I'll be at approx 5+ "s. I want to run 33" tires and I'll have glass on both front and back to cover the extended track. My thought is at 5" or better my 33s and wheel well gap will look stupid.

    Thoughts anyone???????

It would sure help me a bunch if I could find someone running the following: LT COs set at min, MaxTrac 4" spindles, flared fenders, 33" tires.

Couple TC LT with 3.5" spindles, running on 550 lbs springs, IIRC

Installed The spindles today. Idk about the other installs, but we had to open the hole where the ball joint enters the spindle. thats the only problem we ran into. pics tomorrow

no, nothing was spinning. it simply would not fit. 06 4runner with a stock uca for now. not a big problem at all. like stated above, only had to take a little out to make it fit.

I have the camburg 1.25 uniball UCA and it use a 9/16 bolt that runs thru the uniball then thru an adapter piece that goes into the top of the spindle. The bolt didnt slide thru the top of the spindle so u had to clean out the bottom of the taper with a drill. It's almost like there was a burr at the bottom of the taper. That's how much material I had to remove. You could actual spin the bolt thru the bottom of the taper but not slide it thru.
