If someone can give me a possible explanation, I have in stalled a leveling kit back in may of 2010. Recently, I have noticed that the front left has started to sag. Not just a little sag, almost an inch difference. I have measure the fenderwell space from the ground up and the front right is almost an inch higher. It may not be a big deal but I cant help but notice the lean while being parked, as well as driving down the road. Any explanations, or possible solutions to fix this???

You think the lean is bad now, disconnect the sway bar and see the "true" lean.

My front left Icon's spring perch is preloaded by 1/4" to compensate for the lean.

It's also possible when the leveling kit was installed that the stiffer drivers-side stock spring was installed on the passenger side instead.

You should not have that bad of a lean if you are using the stock springs, especially since you have a 2011. The taco lean spacers folks are talking about are to compensate for aftermarket kits that have two springs with identical spring rates. The drivers side will then sag compared to the passenger side due to the fact that the gas tank and the driver are on the same side.

However the stock springs are side specific (drivers side is stiffer), which makes this affect smaller. You certainly shouldn't have an inch difference.

when I installed the leveling kit i added about 3 grade 8 washers on top of the leveling kit to add .5-1" extra lift (a little trick i discovered), do you think i could take 1-2 washers on the passenger side to even it back out?

Lose the differential drop, you don't need it with just a leveling kit.

With stock coils and just a top plate spacer, you shouldn't have that much lean side to side. Was it always like that from the day you installed the lift or has it slowly gotten worse over time?

That's not a trick, that's called cob-jobbing a lift... I'd get rid of the washers, that's not a good idea in my opinion.

Wait so how much total lift are you running? And it's all accomplished outside of the coil assembly?

job-cobbing? dont rain on my parade man!, i haven't had any problems out of it, and i think it has gotten worse over time. the drop kit came with the leveling kit and was install for free, and its to much trouble to take off....but i think the washers taken out of the right side will fix it....i hope

im running the 2.5" hellbent with 3 grade 8 washers on top, the equivalent of a 4" lift. Put 2" blocks in the rear with an active suspension system. Sits almost if not as hight as a truck with 4 inch suspension lift...THAT is why i had differential drop kit.

So you are effectively running a 4" top plate spacer? I'm astonished your ball joints haven't broken yet. Or that you haven't bottomed out your shock
