front will be fabtech adjustable coil overs with all-pro uca's
rear will be 63" chevy springs with 14" extended bore billi's 5125 and u bolt flip kit. getting rid of block and spacer lift finally. 2500 ordered and installed what you guys think. this includes all the needed lines mounting hardware getting the loan for 24 months at 113.00 a month payment 4% interest

lol ya i wanna get this stupid spacer off and the rate is low and i just started a new high paying job but ill still be at my old job incase i need to fall back to it

 

if the deal goes through it will be done hopefully by next friday
im kinda leary about signing the papers but i know its just nerves and this is my first loan on my own what do you guys think give me your opinions on if i should do it or not, got till tomorrow afternoon

 

Not sure how old you are or how much your job pays, etc. But I would not get a loan to install a lift kit on a truck. I would just take some time and save the money to purchase the lift. If you need to get a loan in order to do the lift, it it not worth it in my opinion. Save the money until you can afford it.

IDK if your in the same situation as me, but i need to take out a loan or something on something. so im going to buy a truck to tow my rig and a trailer, ill finance both. i need 3 lines of credit to get a house.

but its pretty much free money at 4%

 

lol im not quite there yet but the suspension def. needs replaced drove over a curb this morning and the rear end bottomed out that shook me up pretty good since i use my truck to go offroad and i take some hard hits out there

 

ill-advised imo. on the other hand if a guy can get a $2500 loan at 4% interest for a lift kit, you must be doing something right.

 

i got some pretty sweet credit for a 19 year old and did it all on my own. my bank is a local credit union so that helps. but now i will only need like a 1000 from them to do the same lift next month, it will end up being a mid travel set up with some modified rear springs lol

 

I would wait til you have the cash. Don't spend money thats not there

 

Dude you have to establish some line of credit and at 4% its a small hit to take so that you csn continue to build that line of credit. I bought my first house at 20 i am now 26 and own three. I was an idiot and took a loan of 18k @ 13% for a vehicle.

 

I'm a finance manager and I can pretty much assure you that this type of credit will never reflect on your credit report. There would be no advantage to taking out this loan for credit purposes. The only advantage would be to get your lift sooner. Good Luck!!

 

its not for credit purposes it is to get it sooner. ill probably pay it off by then end of this year anyway. my bank is also doing a special right now finance a loan through the middle of march and they will deposit 100 dollars into your checking account so hey kinda like free money

 

4% isn't shit. But I personally wouldn't take out a loan to get something sooner that you dont need...I think that you are just instilling some bad habits for yourself.

But hey...just dont miss a payment and you will be okay

 

lol not to sound rude but as said a bove my 3" block has now caused my suspension to bottom out going over a simple city curb so i kinda need the new lift just not the the extreme im going lol. trust me i will never miss a payment im like super man of making payments or atleast thats what the lady at the bank called me i entered the parking lot at about 30 parked in the middle of the driveway sprinted to the door to make my last payment i made it with 45 seconds untill the bank closed on a four day weekend ha ah

 

Sorry, i didn't mean to patronize you. I can understand why you would want to get rid of those blocks so bad.

I guess if its that bad, its more of a repair than a purely luxury purchase.

I cant wait to get some coilovers so I can lift my truck enough to take my body lift off. Will have to wait a few paychecks.
