Yes, we need someone to grade the center of the two tracks from time to time.

do the 3" on 33" like everyones saying better performance better stance. dont go over a 17" wheel id recommend 16s although im partial to the old school if your putting mud tires on a truck it should be mostly tire. if you go with a huge rim and (cough) low profile mud tires.. your just screaming to anyone who knows what theyre looking at that your truck is for looks only.
im about to put a 3" lift on my truck here in a week or so and eventually 33" or 34" with new wheels. but right now im running stock height with 32" mud terrains on stock wheels, still get good performance offroad and never had an issue at all with rubbing. now lift it 3" and go to 33" i cant see there being too much of an issue rubbing. but it kinda depends on your backspacing.. etc. bottom line less hassle better results 3" lift with 33"s

My old pic w/ measurements is out there somewhere. I guess I should put the measurements side-by-side with my new setup

now I'm going to have to go measure my truck but from the looks of it the 6" lift is only about half an inch more clearance than my set up

That is really cool, somebody should start a thread just to post different measurements for different set-ups.

I've had them both! 3" with 33" tires and 6" with 35" tires!

Take it from me the best set up for wheeling is 6" lift with 33" tires!

If you'd like to know why? Search my older posts, and I've explained it already!

    Good Luck!

Few life changes led to it. Also the high cog always made me really nervous on those off camber situations. It just worked out better being lower.
